Cruaghaire Litters.
When we breed, it is to try and produce what 'WE' think is a great representation of the breed in terms of construction, movement, temperament, intelligence & looks using the breed standards as a guide. We do however have a weakness for long stock coats just in case you hadn't noticed so the majority of our dogs and pups will be long stock coats. To see some of our previous litters visit our Progeny Page.

All our males will also be screened for Haemophilia A and will not be used unless clear of this disease. You can check the results on the Kennel Club website Health Test finder or by phoning the kennel club.
We don't have litters very often but we do have a waiting list so its good to get your details in early. It also allows you to come and meet us and our extended family before you get your puppy. All our puppies leave home at 8 weeks of age and include;
Not everyone meets our criteria as a potential GSD family and so you will be asked lots of questions - hours you work, where you live, your experience with dogs especially GSD's so if you are not prepared to be grilled do not get in touch. We do tend to do it over a cup of coffee and a chocolate biscuit so don't panic it doesn't hurt too much ! We put a lot of time and effort into raising the best puppies we possibly can and we are very careful about where they go.
While we endeavour to meet the needs of each client in terms of coat colour and length but nothing can be guaranteed. Mother nature always has a surprise or two up her sleeves.
