'Jade' Breeder : Ms Dianne Cowan - Avonbridge
BVA Hip Score 11 (20/5/09) Jade is a long coat black and tan with a gently sloping topline and good pigmentation. She is correct size for a german shepherd bitch and her strong head and graceful movement make her an ideal foundation bitch for our kennel. She has given us 4 amazing litters over the years. Progeny of which can be seen on our Progeny page. Jade has now retired to the front of the fire but what a wonderful legacy she leaves behind.

!!!! Whenever there is a knock at the door, or the bell chimes jade will
make sure you know this by barking her head off and running all over the
house until she finds you. You can't sneak into our house when jades about
although everyone tries. Its one of our most popular family games !
Jade is our foundation bitch and has provided us so far with an amazing litter to the stunning german import Zampano von der Piste Trophe which gave us Tia and what a girl she is. We have high hopes for this young lady in the future. She has also had a litter to the lovely Corrie and also the absolutely stunning Conbhairean Lauser, from which we have Rocky who is standing at stud with Kidaforce and Dream who is a brood bitch with Celtacastus. Jade had her last litter for us in 2011 to our beautiful Alfie boy and what a way to go out. Now she can sit back and relax and watch her brood grow and mature. Jade is also proving to be an excellent grandmother and loves playing with her grandchildren. Although retired she still rules the roost with an iron fist. She is one no nonsense lady ! Jades Wonder
of Cruaghaire
When she gets to the beach its difficult to tell who is the
pup and who is the adult. She's more of a daddy's girl and a proper lady.
Even her bark oozes elegance. The
matriarch of the canine pack ! She is also a wonderfully attentive mother
who takes no nonsense - from anybody !
Her favourite pastime has got to be a long vigorous walk
and or ball chasing
followed by a good grooming - typical woman. She spends hours on her looks (
and I kid you not !). The only dog I know who will spend an hour on her
pedicure ! She also likes the rest of her pack to be as clean as she is.
Ruthless in her attention to detail she will spend hours cleaning her pack who
unfortunately do not have Jades high standards.
